If Himmel Industries Continued to be a learning organization then it could be one of the greatest company in the modern industry. They follow a very simple yet effective knowledge cycle that has only four steps! They have also incorporated the information sharing throughout the company, inside and, via the Internet I’m alse surprised that HIMMEL uses a learning environment since they are a manufacturing company.

It’s great to see how they value learning as fundamental functional strategy for their improvement and better productivity. LUCIO TAN is truly a genius
